Book Sale Volunteering and Annual Book Sale

Friends and community members are invited and encouraged to take part in everyone’s favorite Friends activity – the annual Book Sale! Cashiers and re-stockers are needed for two-hour shifts during Book Sale hours. Redefining Retirement in Bergen County

Bergen Volunteer Center’s Redefining Retirement program helps connect retirees who want to volunteer and give back to their communities with nonprofits and community organizations that need support in a variety of specific, skills-based volunteer roles. “Matchmakers” meet with volunteer applicants to discuss their interests, experience, and areas of expertise and then work to match those retirees with identified nonprofits’ needs.
