How to schedule available hold pickups

Teaneck Public Library now allows you to schedule your hold pickups so that your items are waiting for you when you arrive at the library. Once you have items that are available for pickup, just use the link in your email notification, go, and under “My Account” you will see a link for “Schedule Hold Pickups” (see below), or follow this direct link.

Click on “Schedule Hold Pick”. Then, enter your library card number and pin, select Book a Pickup, and click next to log-in.

After you login, the next screen will show you any items that you have available for pickup. Click next. The following screen will show you all available timeslots for pickup, in one-hour increments. Select the time that works best for you and click next.

Then you will see the details regarding your pickup. Scroll down and enter any necessary notes for library staff, or leave blank. Enter your telephone number (required) and email address (optional). And click finish.

You’re all done! Just arrive at the library for your designated timeslot. Your hold materials will be waiting for you on the cart in the library vestibule marked “scheduled holds”. Please wait until the vestibule is empty. Then enter the vestibule, collect your items, and go.
