The Teaneck Public Library in conjunction with the Art of Living Foundation hosts this Free Chair Yoga & Meditation class. The classes are held at the Library’s Auditorium on Wednesdays from 6pm to 7pm with Sujatha Nair.
Experience the practice of Yoga and Meditation. Guided meditation & breathing exercises to reduce stress.
