Teen Advisory Board – Teen Area – Lower Level
Teaneck teens in grades 7th through 12th grade are invited to participate in this engaging leadership program. Our TAB members serve as a focus group to give us program ideas and they sign up for valuable volunteer opportunities.
No registration required. *Earn volunteer credit.

We are looking for Teen Volunteers to assist the Youth Services Department by preparing take-home crafts. Volunteers may register for the weeks they are interested in.
WHEN: Weekly on Thursdays, beginning on Thursday, June 4 from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Children’s Room.
Earn 1 credit hour per week!
Love reading Young Adult books? Join us as a volunteer reviewer and help the Library while earning community service hours. Your reviews will be featured on the Teaneck Library Book Review page to promote our diverse collection.
Earn 2 hours per review, up to 4 reviews per week during Library closure.
For students in grades 7 and up.
If you love watching movies, television shows, or anime and would like to earn community service hours, consider writing a media review for volunteer credit. Your reviews will be featured on our Media Review page.

Our Teen Volunteer Program is available to residents and students in Teaneck, grades 7 through 12. To join, prospective volunteers must complete the Teen Volunteer Application. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Please allow up to one week for processing.
